South Braintree Girls Softball  99 Lakeside Drive

The fields are behind the Flaherty Elementary School and adjacent to the South Shore Plaza near Nordstroms and Target.
 

There are five different playing fields at this location.   Parking over near the Flaherty School is closest to the Freshman (grades 1&2) and Sophomore (grades 3&4) fields.   Parking in the lot adjacent to the South Shore Plaza is closest to the T-Ball (grade k) Junior (grades 5&6) and Senior (grades 7-12) fields.

*Please note you can reach any fields from either location however this is the shortest route to each**

RTE 3:

Take Route 3 North to Exit 17 Union St. / Braintree / S. Braintree
The exit puts you onto a traffic circle
Take the 3rd exit from the traffic circle (go 3/4 of the way around) onto Union Street
After ~ 1/2 mile, Union Street ends
Take a right onto Washington Street

After 1/2 mile, turn left (at lights) onto West Street

To get to fields closest to Flaherty School (grades 1-4)

After just under 1/2 mile, turn right onto Walnut Street
After about 1/2 mile, stay to the left to remain on Walnut street
Then take the next left onto Lakeside Drive
Take the next right into the Flaherty Elementary School

To get to fields adjacent to South Shore Plaza (grades k, 5-12)

After a mile you will reach major intersection (5 corners)

Take a right onto Granite Street

At 2nd set of lights take a right into the main entrance to the South Shore Plaza

Follow this road down to the right (you will pass Uno’s/ 99 Restaurant on your right)

At the end of this road take a left

Fields are on the right 

RTE 93/128:

Take Exit 6 Braintree/Holbrook Rte 37

Take a Right off the exit heading toward South Shore Plaza

 

To get to fields closest to Flaherty School (grades 1-4)

Stay straight until you reach major intersection (5 corners)

Take a left onto West Street

After just under 1/2 mile, turn left onto Walnut Street
After about 1/2 mile, stay to the left to remain on Walnut street
Then take the next left onto Lakeside Drive
Take the next right into the Flaherty Elementary School

To get to fields adjacent to South Shore Plaza (grades k, 5-12)

If coming from the South-Take a left at 2^nd set of lights into the main entrance to the South Shore Plaza

If coming from the North - Take a left at 3^rd set of lights into the main entrance to the South Shore Plaza

Follow this road down to the right (you will pass Uno’s/ 99 Restaurant on your right)

At the end of this road take a left
